This mp3 player is a great little item. That is why I am giving it 5 stars. However the software that came with it is much to be desired. The instructions for using the software was written by a fifth grader (my guess). If you follow the instructions for loading up playlists, good luck! Mine just crashes. I tried three different computers with the same result. I finally figured out what to do and managed to load one playlist. That is the only one that ever loaded. Downloading music to the player is a snap. I finally gave in to placing the music into playlists via the touchscreen. Oh yeah, the video converter doesn't work either. I found one on the internet that does work nicely for the player. Again, the player is a good buy, just don't get your hopes up for nice software to go along with the player. I have spent hours working with the software and now I think I will just enjoy listening to my music.

I've had this Mp3 player for about a month now, all I can say is AWESOME! Love all the features and its pretty easy to get used to. UNBELIEVABLE battery life! Lasts forever on one charge! Would def. recommend this to anyone!
